The “WASHINGTON COUNTY MODEL AVIATION ASSOCIATION INC.” (WCMAA) was established approximately 33 years ago to promote the safe and fun building and flying of radio controlled model aircraft. It currently has 43 members and operates out of the Mingo Creek Park Field (see "Maps") for directions and maps to the site. Its members build and fly a wide variety of aircraft in all types, sizes, and power configurations. We also publish a monthly newsletter that is free to all members.

We welcome anyone who has an interest in building and flying radio controlled aircraft to become a member of the club. Below are the specifics about becoming a member.

Before becoming a member you must first have a membership in the Academy of Model Aeronautics (AMA)
(765) 287-1256 http://www.modelaircraft.org/
A park permit (currently $10.00 per year) is also necessary for membership, (the club officers will help you with this).
